Aid to earthquake victims

Community foundations organize collection centers to help people affected by the earthquake in Mexico City.

 

Several community foundations have opened collection centers to offer a helping hand to victims of the earthquakes of this past 19 of September.

The community foundations Fundación Comunitaria de la Frontera Norte, A.C., Fundación Comunidad, Fundación Comunitaria Puebla, I.B.T., and Corporativa de Fundaciones have launched campaigns to collect resources, either as money or in kind to help those affected.

The Fundación Comunitaria de la Frontera Norte, A.C. in Chihuahua, and Corporativa de Fundaciones in Guadalajara, Jalisco, opened bank accounts so that those who wish to donate money can do so.

On the other hand, the Fundación Comunitaria Puebla, I.B.T. in Puebla, and the Fundación Comunidad, located in Morelos, opened physical centers where people can give their help in kind, while also opening bank accounts to receive donations.
