PRIVACY NOTICE OF VOLUNTEERS OR INTERESTED PARTIES
Alianza FC Mexico, A.C. (“Alianza FC México” or the “Institution”) has created this Privacy Notice in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the “Law”), to demonstrate its commitment to the protection of your privacy and the information you provide to us.
We request that you read this Privacy Notice carefully, since the simple contribution you make of your personal data, whether by physical or digital means through the different platforms you have, constitutes the express acceptance of this Privacy Notice and, consequently, an express authorization to the processing of your personal data.
1. Identity and address of the person in charge who processes the personal data
Alianza FC México, A.C., with fiscal domicile at Av. Del Estado 208, Col. Tecnológico, Monterrey, N.L., C.P. 64700, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use that is given to them and their protection.
2. Personal data to be processed
We may collect identification data, contact data, academic data, professional data, employment data, tax data and property or financial data.
Occasionally and for specific purposes we may collect sensitive personal data about your health.
In the case of sensitive personal and patrimonial or financial data, for its treatment, the Institution must obtain the respective consent, which, together with this Privacy Notice, empowers the Institution to give it the treatment that has been authorized by the Owner.
3. Purposes of the treatment
The personal data and sensitive personal data that you voluntarily provide to Alianza FC México will be used to identify, locate and contact you; registration in contact database; as well as any other purpose analogous to those established here, and will be protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures, to prevent damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.
The Institution will not require the consent of the Holder, to process personal data when it does so based on the provisions of Article 10 of the Law.
Additionally, Alianza FC México is authorized to process personal data for any of the following secondary purposes: Send by any physical, electronic or magnetic means, including, but not limited to, regular mail, email, telephone calls, electronic downloads, or by personnel authorized by the Institution previously identified: a. News and announcements in general, that are or may be important or related to the Institution. b. Campaigns, benefits or invitation to events.
If you do not want Alianza FC México to process your personal data for any of the secondary purposes described in this section, please send an email to contacto@comunalia.org.mx. You may change your option at any time.
4. Data transfers
We will not sell your personal data to other companies within the normal course of our activities, however, it is possible that occasionally your personal data may be disclosed to another association or public institutions as part of an association, collaboration, and/or similar process, in in which case such disclosure will be subject to our privacy policy that is in force on that date and we will maintain, with respect to said data, the privacy or confidentiality treatment that is required in terms of the applicable legislation and said policy.
The Institution will not require the consent of the Holder, to transfer personal data when it is done based on the provisions of Article 37 of the Law.
5. Means for the exercise of ARCO rights and to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data and revoke your consent.
You have the right, in accordance with Article 29 of the Law, to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, as well as to oppose their treatment or revoke the consent that you have given us for this purpose, through the procedures that we have implemented. To do this, you must contact our personal data manager at contacto@comunalia.org.mx
In order for the Institution to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity with a copy of a valid official identification.
In the event that the information provided is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, the Institution, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, may require you to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to meet the request, counted from the day after you received it. If you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.
Alianza FC México will notify you of the determination adopted, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date on which the request was received, so that, if appropriate, it will make it effective within fifteen (15 ) business days after the response is communicated.
The Owners of the information may at any time, except for the exceptions contained in the same Law, limit the use or disclosure of personal data previously provided to the Institution. For this purpose, the Holder must contact the email: contacto@comunalia.org.mx
6. Use of cookies, web beacons and other tracking technologies
The website uses technology called «cookie». A cookie is a piece of information that is sent to your web browser when you visit a website. Our cookies are stored by Google Analytics anonymizing the information and without protecting your personal data. The Help section of your browser can tell you how to control the use of cookies.
7. Procedure and means to communicate changes in the privacy notice
To know any modification to this Privacy Notice, you can consult our website www.comunalia.org.mx
The Holder of the information will be tacitly notified and it will be understood that he accepts the modifications to this Privacy Notice, within three business days following the date on which the respective adaptation is made available to the public, if the Holder does not express any disagreement or rejection. For the purposes of the foregoing, the Institution, at its option, may notify the Owner of the changes made to this Privacy Notice through any of the following means:
• Writing sent to any of the addresses of the Holder.
• Email sent to any of the electronic addresses of the Holder.
• Notices placed on the Internet site of the Institution when dealing with changes of a general and not particular nature or when required by the Law or provisions of the competent authority.
For Alianza FC México, maintaining the privacy and security procedures that protect your personal data is very important.
