In collaboration with USAID and UnidOSC, Comunalia developed the Network Strengthening Project with the participation of the Red Impulso OSC de Chihuahua, Red Comunitaria Sonora de Sonora; the ASER Network and the Coalition for Human Rights, both from Baja California.
