Communities’ trust towards civil society organizations: action research

This is a qualitative action-research study, a collaboration between the Global Fund for Community Foundations (GFCF) and Comunalia, which explores the perception that a segment of the population has regarding the actions that motivate and those that weaken trust, in order to identify strategies to strengthen the links of community foundations and social organizations with the community.

Its purpose is to illustrate the study of the concept of trust from Comunalia, the Alliance of Community Foundations of Mexico, and with the perspective of individuals, grassroots groups and five Community Foundations immersed in specific spaces.
