Philanthropy with a Gender Perspective

The Manual was developed as part of the regional project “Women, Gender, and Philanthropy in Latin America and the Caribbean” carried out by ELLAS-Mujeres y Filantropía, in partnership with WINGS, Comunalia (Mexico), and the Global Fund for Community Foundations (GFCF). It receives financial support from the Open Society Foundations.

The overall objective of the project is “to incorporate a gender perspective into Latin American philanthropy in order to invest more and better resources in the human rights of women and their communities.”
