Both guests and administrators have different permissions for handling information. To ensure the security of these processes, Gobertia automatically logs out any user after a certain period of inactivity, and any unsaved information may be lost. Therefore, we recommend saving your changes regularly.
Also, for security reasons, the app allows five attempts before it locks due to failed login attempts. Password recovery is possible after completing a simple verification process.
